RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We follow a No Return, Only Exchange policy.
We do not accept exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or the wrong product was delivered to you.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at efabnation09@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Kindly include the details of the product along with clear pictures and a short video showing the defect or incorrect item.
- Shipping charges for all exchanges must be prepaid and insured by you.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Any approved refund will not include the cost of shipping.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging/tags intact.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please Note:
- Minor unevenness, variations in weave, or slight color differences may occur due to the nature of handmade/woven products and variations in monitor settings or photographic lighting.
- No refund or exchange will be accepted for slight variations in color, texture, or design of the product.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24hours of placing an order.
