We do not accept returns for any products once they are delivered.
All purchases made on our website are final and non-returnable.
2. Exchange Policy (Limited Cases Only)
We only provide exchange in the following situations:
- If you receive a wrong product, or
- If the product is defective or damaged
We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
3. Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds in general cases
- Refunds are only applicable if:
- The replacement product is not available, or
- The issue cannot be resolved through exchange
In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours of confirmation and credited to the original payment method within standard banking timelines.
4. Exchange Request Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Unboxing video or clear images may be required as proof
We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet these conditions.
5. Shipping Charges
- Extra shipping charges will apply for exchanges
- Customers are responsible for paying the exchange shipping cost
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Non-Eligible Cases
We will not accept exchange or refund requests in the following cases:
- Used, washed, or damaged products
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
- Minor color differences due to screen/display variations
7. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.
